S.Africa: ANC Youth League supports Zuma the Zulu Commie

[I saw a story on TV News tonight that the ANC Youth League seeks to support Zuma as the President of the ANC in 2007. COSATU is behind Zuma. The SACP is friendly to Zuma. I think Mbeki is in serious trouble. I’ve never liked Mbeki myself. But it appears to me General Tienie Groenewald’s prediction that Mbeki is the best of the lot may well be borne out. It could be that in 2005, that we’ve seen the “peak” of S.Africa under the ANC, and that from there onwards it will be downhill, sharply so, in every conceivable manner. The economy, the political sphere, etc… It just looks to me as if, short of the CIA blowing Zuma’s brains out, there is little hope. Our destiny may be determined by the stupid masses who will vote for more hard core leftist leaders. We will have to watch this insane trend and whether the Western world can head it off. I am somewhat skeptical of their ability to prevent outright madness seizing this country in the next 5 years. Jan] |
