Interestingly, (I did not know this), but S.Africa gets its nuclear reactor fuel from Russia!! Yeah! And they say this will continue until 2010. Below is the Koeberg nuclear plants. We have two nuclear reactors in S.Africa.

A military, red-carpet welcome for Putin. They say one Russian company is ready to invest US$1 billion in S.Africa. Also the Russians want to co-operate in the fields of medical science and… wait for it… Space Exploration! Yeah, I kid you not… I heard that. The only vast unknown spaces which I think need exploring, are the ones in the minds of our ANC leadership especially that between the ears of ummmm President Mbeki! Apparently Putin is behind getting S.Africa on the UN Security Council! I kid you not… but more on that in the next post!
