Here is a web site from our government, in the USA, with some very interesting stats concerning poverty, income, crime and other info of the states, cities and counties in the USA. What is very interesting is to look at demographics (race) of these areas and compare racial composition of Whites, Blacks, and Latinos; then look at poverty and income levels. On the map, once you click a state and name a city, look near the top of the page and you will see “Browse data sets” and click on that. Once this is done, look near the bottom of that page for “Fed stats”. This will give crime per 100,000 population of the city. I would look at the state of Maine and compare it with city of Detroit, Michigan.

What you will notice is ANY city, or country, with high populations of Blacks or Latinos, there are extremely high crime rates and poverty levels. This is universal throughout the world where these people reside.

Here is a nice web site with charts of crime increase when the city of Detroit went from mostly White (90%) in 1960, to mostly Black 30 years later. The crime rates increased 1300%.

Here is my conclusion concerning a viable society and democracy in any country:

There are 3 fundamental conditions in which a democracy will prevail:

* It must be under the guidance of Judeo/Christian ethics and values, or corruption will rule.

* It must include a “homogeneous” people (same race)with compatible cultures and ideologies

* The people must have the “wherewithal” (IQ) to maintain such a democracy.

People lacking these fundamental attributes, would fair better with a benevolent dictator to maintain order, and the rule of law, while dictating what is best for the people.

The USA is not infallible to destruction. Over the past 40 years, we have diluted our moral and ethical standards, prompting us to elect equally corrupt leaders who allow greedy corporations to sell our country out for profit.

With the series of events now taking place on a massive scale, to include foreign imports, outsourcing, and 3rd world immigration, none of which are conducive to a productive society or democracy, our country will fall into unstoppable decay. This decay will produce an environment resulting in Third World poverty, crime and civil unrest.

Massive problems require equally bold solutions, which will likely be a dictatorship under the authority of a police state to maintain order.

Unless drastic measures are taken to stop these destructive events, we will likely seal our fate.
