Can you believe this answer I got from Telkom?

[I want to make use of the new R300 per month order from Telkom – our telephone company. So I phoned to ask whether I am signed up for this because I did tell a salesperson some time ago that I want this option because it will hopefully cut my bill. So I phoned Telkom sales asking if I was signed up. They said no, and then they said to me that I already have an outstanding order for ADSL (since middle of March 2006) and that their system CANNOT HANDLE MORE THAN ONE ORDER FOR A CUSTOMER!! Huh? How’s that? I’ll try to phone someone else in Telkom. Jan] |
