[Just a quick note… this is from memory from a news report I saw recently. Africa as a whole, loses 20,000 doctors and nurses annually. I think S.Africa itself loses 300 nurses per month. They go to the USA, Canada, Middle East, etc. You can’t blame them… they get more money and have better prospects there. The problem with Africa is that anyone with a brain, leaves it, because even the blacks from here often just pick up and run!!! There are 600,000 Zimbabwean professionals in the UK!!
