WARNING: This is Version 1 of my old archive, so Photos will NOT work and many links will NOT work. But you can find articles by searching on the Titles. There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

S.African Reader comments on: Zuma Corruption trial

[A regular reader on the site has these comments about the Zuma trial. As I see it, he is predicting that Zuma might be found guilty, but he could get away on appeal.

I do not know the details, but I want to see if Zuma is convicted first time round. This will be a most curious event which I will be watching. This would be one for my Prediction Experiment when I get around to it.

It appears as if the Zuma Suicide Note scandal so far is not flying. It strikes me that Zuma’s whole political situation is holding amazingly firm. President Mbeki must be tearing his hair out! I jokingly have said that Mbeki should ask the CIA to enter a witness protection program so that he can go into exile in the USA once he is out of officer and Zuma has replaced him!! … Because I’m sure Zuma want’s Mbeki’s head on a plate after this… Jan]

Jan,
I thoroughly enjoy your website. However , I am mildly at variance with your interpretation in the corruption trial.

In any bribery/corruption matter, both roles are equally guilty. What are these roles. There is the active role and the passive role.

Jan, as we all understand things, Shaik has been found guilty of the active role by making certain payments, which caused him (Shaik) to be unjustly enriched. Given that the active role has been decided – notwithstanding an appeal in the pipeline – it stands to reason there will be a conviction on the passive role. Can’t see too many judges lining up for the case though.

The broader picture however reveals a particularly nauseating outcome . Winnie , Addie , Tony Yengeni are all high profilers walking the streets of the world and all have one common denominator – APPEAL.
