[What you write is completely true. If you dare to say anything openly, as you have tried, the newspapers will kill it. Let me tell you about things I have tried to do to get public attention, which were killed by newspapers, radio stations, etc:-
o Nobody would review my book. The Star newspaper’s book reviewers said my book was: “Too provocative”.
o I tried to appear on radio shows – nobody except Radio Pretoria would have me on.
o I paid for a radio ad – and nobody would run it.
o I even once tried to advertise my book in a certain magazine of a certain organisation where I felt many whites would be interested. They refused my advert.

I know all about being blocked by the media. Free speech? There’s no such thing. The newspapers only publish certain rosy things.

Reverse racism against all of us is Ok. That’s the way things are. But we will have to find our own way forward, and we’ll have to fight for every square inch of progress we make.

If the ANC could get to the top, and it took them about 80(43)+ years to do so, then we too should take a long term view of things, and progress in the same way. Jan]

Just reading the article on Standard Bank. Reminded me of something else. I work for FNB.

In the past year, all non white employees have been given hundreds and in cases thousands of shares in FNB, for nothing… free and gratis. The only qualifying point they needed?? They had to be non white.

Now if that is not total racism then I am buggered if I know what is.

Can you imagine if all the whites got and not the others… it would have been an international scandal of note… But hey, the whites are being screwed, so its ok, no one say anything. I wrote to 2 newspapers as well as to a legal company which I found on the SASBO site (The workers union for all the banks in SA).

Neither news paper printed the letter and to date I have had no reply from this legal company that advertised they stood for workers rights… Yeah only if they are black!

Racism is very much alive and well in SA. But as it favours the darker skins now, no one gives a sh*t.
