[I got a phone call from Larry Pratt this evening. I had hoped to meet him. But he is on such a whirlwind tour through S.Africa that it seems he hardly has a minute to himself.

So we made do with a 10 minute conversation on the phone.

Larry will be appearing tomorrow morning (tuesday), for 5 minutes on Radio 702 with John Robbie. 702 is Johannesburg’s biggest talk radio station and John Robbie is a well-known personality here.

Then Larry dashes off to Bloemfontein to appear at 11am on SA FM.

Larry was telling me about his run-in today with that piece of ANC garbage – Mr McBride, the terrorist – who is now the Police Chief of Erkhuleni. Mr McBride, murdered that he is, was arguing for gun control and getting guns away from registered gun owners.

Larry and I had a chat about it. I was saying to him that I doubt and of this will change the ANC. The ANC is out to disarm Whites – period. Larry agreed. But then I said, I do believe, the only way to fight this, is to bring it out into the open and to expose them. Yes, agreed Larry.

Larry was impressed with the way they got some quite serious media interest in this.

Anyway, I wish them well. Its awesome having someone from the USA trying to help out here, because the bastards are out to disarm us, unquestionably. This is a very serious matter indeed.

Larry also preached in a township in the Cape yesterday. His schedule is very hectic, with hardly time to sleep. But he’s doing a great job here.

However, the struggle here against gun control is going to be a really nasty one, and I’m not sure we can win it. But we must of course try. Jan]
