I’m thinking aloud because there may be some UNEXPECTED CONSEQUENCES to the ANC’s crazy laws. In society and business, there is always a reaction to each action. What will the full reaction be to all the ANC’s racial quotas, and laws?

Could the ANC unexpectedly also be opening up new opportunties which Whites can take a hold of (even if only for a time before the ANC plugs those holes too).

I am pondering whether the CORPORATIONS which currently run S.Africa are going to die out? Or end up breaking apart?

I thought I’d throw this into the mix for folks to chew the cud on. What do you think:-

A co worker was telling me that he has a theory in the future, in S.Africa that Blue and White collar workers will follow UK and other trends where there isn’t much difference in salary between white and blue collar workers. (Due to changes in the minimum wage).

As an offshoot of that he believes that we might even see lots more Whites doing manual labour which Blacks always did. He wonders whether large numbers of unemployed Whites might yet end up doing manual work (which the blacks aren’t keen on doing)…

Another co worker told me that on the radio he heard a discussion where some “expert” was predicting that the corporations which run S.African industry will be broken down. And in their place, we will return to how S.Africa was in the 1960’s where lots of small, independent businesses existed. e.g. You won’t see huge chains of supermarkets – instead, lots of individually owned shops – for example.

I am sitting and wondering about this. These thought processes could be in the right direction.

And it could be that the whole S.African economy is going to undergo major structural changes – some of which the ANC intended – and others which the ANC did not foresee or expect.

For example, will they hurt whites for a time, but will Whites pop out of the woodwork in unexpected ways? (For example what if Whites start actually making a name for themselves as Blue Collar workers?).

Since Whites generally have a good attitude to work, I wonder if, in the end, Whites won’t come out of this on top?
