[I love this cartoon. This cartoon shows clearly how things really work in this country with these evil/incompetant/boob/socialist freak Minister’s of Health we have here. The cartoonist refers humorously to out Minister of Health as Dr DoLittle – and maybe that in itself says a lot because she “does little”… Anyhow, the witch then points to… that eternal scapegoat… APARTHEID as being the cause of AIDS!
