S.Africa: The End of History & Pretoria"s new name…

WARNING: This is Version 1 of my old archive, so Photos will NOT work and many links will NOT work. But you can find articles by searching on the Titles. There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

S.Africa: The End of History & Pretoria"s new name…

[Afrikaners are very upset with Pretoria’s new name, but as I say, let them have their way. Let them rename what they want. Its meaningless anyway. In my view, let these new names be associated with the ANC and with its failures, past, present and FUTURE (because most of its failures are yet to happen)!

Many people look at the ANC and that today it has 70% of the support of the people in this country. Whether it really is 70% or some lower figure that was fudged during the last election… who knows…

But remember, Robert Mugabe once enjoyed 93% support. 25 years later, the Blacks are looking for weapons to destroy him with… and they are starving and suffering in a way they never imagined was possible.

So what if the ANC looks invincible today. History moves forward. Many of the greatest nations, ruled by people far more talented than anyone in the ANC, ended up falling. People of greater intelligence and higher morals have fallen below the wheel of history. The ANC will too.

We know from the recent post-colonial history of Africa that even the strongest, meanest One-Party states cannot last longer than 30 years. Remember, the Afrikaner-dominated National Party ran this country for 48 years – that is quite an act to follow. My question is: Will the ANC even be able to last 48 years? Will it?

South Africa is much more diverse than Zimbabwe. South Africa is a very complicated country – much more complicated than most Black African countries. Yet many of them: Nigeria, Angola, Mozambique and the DRC ended up experiencing the bloodiest of Black-on-Black conflicts.

The ANC has its work cut out for it. It is nowhere nearly as entrenched as Mugabe ever was. It is sitting on top of a country that has more than a dozen different groups, pulling in diverse directions.

Let me tell you this: The Afrikaners were busy working on the politics of this country, long before the ANC was even conceived of. And I think the Afrikaners will outlive the ANC. I think we Whites, will still see the ANC struggling to hold on to this country.

There is no such thing as “The End of History”. Everyone imagined: 1994, ANC comes to power – the White man is gone and everyone lives “happily ever after”. BULL!! COMPLETE BULL!!!

The ANC’s honeymoon is over. They have to start delivering on the many big promises they made. They had big mouths, criticising everything the White man ever did. Well, let’s see how they do? The ANC are like a bunch of know-all teenagers who think, in theory, that they know everything. But the real world is a tough place… and when theory meets reality… theory takes a serious whipping.

My money is firmly being placed on the bet which says: “The ANC will destroy itself.” The Whites ran this country for centuries. Let’s see how long the ANC lasts. My money is on the bet that the ANC will be exceptionally lucky, if it can last 30-40 years. The first 11 are already over.

White people mustn’t worry too much about this flash-in-the-pan called the ANC. Let them do what they want, because they have to outlive HISTORY. And history, is a tough task-master.

The Blacks are returning to their former state. The Blacks are busy self-destructing. Remember, there are 300 tribes in Africa, sharing 50 countries, and they hate each other and cannot work together. 11 of those tribes are in South Africa. All we have to do is bide our time patiently.
You never know if in our generation, or the generation to follow us, whether we will be renaming Tshwane and calling it Pretoria again. Never say NEVER… Jan]

THE BROADCASTING COMPLAINTS COMMISSION OF SA RULES ON THE USE OF THE NAME TSHWANE BY SABC

The SABC welcomes the ruling by the BCCSA that the use of the name Tshwane by the Public Broadcaster was not in contravention of the Code of Conduct for Broadcasters.

The Democratic Alliance, the Freedom Front, and a range of lobby groups and individual complainants had argued before the BCCSA that the SABC had been wrong in its use of Tshwane in reports emanating from or reflecting on events within the area, but the BCCSA dismissed these arguments.

The summary of the BCCSA judgment reads as follows:

“Complaint that Respondent broadcast news that was not truthful and accurate and that they intentionally or negligently departed from the facts by referring to the name Tshwane when reporting on news that had occurred in Pretoria. The Tribunal found that the Metropolitan Municipality of Tshwane had been established on 5 December 2000 together with its geographically demarcated area. Although the name Tshwane has not yet been registered as a geographical name, this does not deprive the Metropolitan Municipality of Tshwane together with its geographical demarcated area of its legal status. One has to conclude that there exists a geographical area called Tshwane. The Respondent has therefore not contravened the Broadcasting Code and the complaints cannot be upheld.”

This ruling has confirmed our long held view that the name Tshwane was one that has been known for a long time and that there was nothing peculiar about it. As a Public Broadcaster the SABC is guided by its editorial policies and a clear code of conduct when reporting. We are also guided by our capable research methodologies before pronouncing on certain names or places.
