[I agree with the author of this. Israel has been surrounded by enemies since 1948 who have launched surprise attacks on her. The US Foreign policy in the Middle East is decidedly pro-Arab, just as in Africa it is pro-Black – regardless of who the Arabs real friends and sponsors are: Russia and China. Am I to believe that the sale of these drones will tip the balance of weapons in the Far East? What about the annual sale of $2.5 billion in modern weapons to Israel’s adversary, Egypt by the U.S.? Egypt has not been invaded since Senacherib in 500 B.C.E. Egypt is preparing for war with Israel and the U.S. has turned a blind eye. Israel would not need 3 billion in foreign aid, if the U.S. was not giving aid and weapon sales to Arabs at a rate of $8 billion per annum. Yaakov Zelig |
