WARNING: This is Version 1 of my old archive, so Photos will NOT work and many links will NOT work. But you can find articles by searching on the Titles. There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

Freedom beckons for SA mercenaries in Zim

[Suddenly, their sentences have been reduced by 4 months… just weeks before the Zimbabwean election… and they will be set free. Most of them are black anyway… One of the White men, will still have to finish his 4 year jail sentence. Jan]

The department of foreign affairs expected the bulk of 67 South African mercenaries held in Zimbabwe to be released and deported later on Thursday.

“South Africa’s ambassador to Zimbabwe Jerry Ndou has been advised by authorities that they are currently busy finalising deportation papers for the alleged mercenaries due for release on Thursday in Harare,” spokesperson Ronnie Mamoepa said.

“As soon as the papers are ready, the prisoners will be handed over to an immigration officer who will then process their deportation to South Africa.”

The Harare High Court on Wednesday reduced the men’s sentences by four months.

Prison authorities then granted the men a one-third remission
Prison authorities then granted the men a one-third remission of sentence for good behaviour.

As a result, 64 of theme who were sentenced to 12 months in jail, qualified for an immediate release.

Two pilots among the group, who got 16-month sentences, would only be due for release on May 10.

The 67th prisoner, the group’s leader, Briton Simon Mann, was sentenced to seven years’ imprisonment.

This was later reduced to four years, but did mean he would have to remain behind for now.

The group was arrested at Harare International Airport in March last year when they landed to refuel and pick up military equipment. They were all travelling on South African passports.

Zimbabwean authorities said they were on their way to join 15 other suspected mercenaries – including eight South Africans – arrested in Equatorial Guinea around the same time.

They were accused of planning to overthrow Equatorial Guinea’s dictator Teodoro Obiang Nguema.

The men denied the charges, claiming they were on their way to the Democratic Republic of Congo to guard mines.

They were convicted of breaching Zimbabwe’s aviation, immigration, firearms and security laws. – Sapa
