S.Africa – Effects of AIDS on the workforce…

WARNING: This is Version 1 of my old archive, so Photos will NOT work and many links will NOT work. But you can find articles by searching on the Titles. There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

S.Africa – Effects of AIDS on the workforce…

[AIDS will decimate our economy. AIDS might benefit Whites… because it kills off the economically active portion of the Black population. Jan]

East London – A study has found that employees with Aids-related illnesses are off sick three times more than their HIV-negative colleagues.

AIC Insurance conducted the study in the auto and textile industry in the Eastern Cape. They found that people with advanced Aids-related illnesses spent on average 32 days off sick a year.

They averaged four stretches off sick a year – each of between seven and eight days at a time.

This is more than three times more than the general average.

AIC’s chief executive Johnny Johnson, said on Tuesday that the costs of absenteeism to a company was often underestimated. The indirect costs were up to 200% of the direct costs, he said.

The study was based on information provided by 60 employers and it looked at unique information of claims from the first day of absenteeism between 2001 and 2003.

According to Johnson, AIC is the only insurer that insures absenteeism from the first day off sick.

He said the company was also working on a study with one of it’s clients who could throw light on the effect antiretroviral treatment was having on absenteeism.
