Grain SA speaks out against donation to Zambia

WARNING: This is Version 1 of my old archive, so Photos will NOT work and many links will NOT work. But you can find articles by searching on the Titles. There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

Grain SA speaks out against donation to Zambia

“Charity begins at Home”. This is the reaction by Grain South Africa (Grain SA) to reports that the South African government has paid food relief money to Zambia to buy surplus maize for Zimbabwe. Bully Botma, the chairperson of Grain SA, says that the money should have been spent on the more than two million tons surplus in South African silos. Botma was speaking at the annual congress of Free State Agriculture in Bloemfontein. He says it is no secret that local maize farmers cannot make ends meet. He says if the government is going to buy maize to give as food aid, it should be South African grain. “It is tax payers money, it’s South African taxpayers money. It is sourced in South Africa and we want them to buy in South Africa as well,” he said. Botma says while organised agriculture fully supports the government’s Food Aid programme, Grain SA wants donor contracts changed to stipulate that maize bought by South Africa should be bought in South Africa.
