I am very lucky to be able to get some analyses by Dr Du Plessis, thanks to Dr Chris Jordaan. I’ve had this one for several weeks but just did not have the time to convert it from Ms/Word format into an HTML article for the web.

This is the same Dr Du Plessis who wrote the “South Africa: Beyond Democracy” analysis.

The reason I get it late is by kind arrangement. Its the sort of stuff that various businesses pay money for, and I am allowed to put it on the web only some time after it was sent to those who purchased it.

This one describes some interesting things. One particular note in it for everyone is this: It speaks of the Government pushing quotas, etc on to the Private Sector in the next 5(43)+ years. This is very significant. If you read that analysis carefully you will see the tremendous impact these things will have on this country.

Basically Dr Du Plessis is warning that Affirmative Action, Black Empowerment, etc is having, and will have a tremendous effect on the profitability and competitiveness of South African businesses – negatively – unless something is done (which I doubt it will be).

Note too, that in this November 2003 article, Dr Du Plessis accurately predicted the outcome of this election with the increased ANC majority.

I would like to ask folks to please spread this and the Apartheid Raw Facts articles around – just so people out there get a grasp of what is really happening to this country.
