S.Africa: I could have stopped gang rape and robbery

WARNING: This is Version 1 of my old archive, so Photos will NOT work and many links will NOT work. But you can find articles by searching on the Titles. There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

S.Africa: I could have stopped gang rape and robbery

One of the men accused of breaking into former Saturday Star journalist Dianne Smith’s home in 2001, admitted in the Johannesburg regional court on Thursday he was present when the crime took place.

However, Patrick Nkuna maintained in a written statement, he was outside “watching” while his accomplices removed electrical goods from the journalist’s home in Greenside, Johannesburg.

Smith was raped and robbed by three knife-wielding men. She was then forced to drive with her attackers to Alexandra. Nkuna and an accomplice were arrested after Nkuna’s mother allegedly reported them to the police.

Nkuna pleaded guilty to housebreaking with intent to steal, theft and kidnapping. In his statement, Nkuna said his guilt rather lay in the fact that while he had been in a position to halt the crime, he failed to so by remaining silent.

He said following the incident he went to his parents’ house in Alexandra.

He was later given a music system and a television which he presumed had been removed from the journalist’s home.

Nkuna has been in custody for two years. Sentencing was postponed to March 1.

His co-accused Justice Ndlosi will appear in a separate case on March 9 on charges including rape. – Sapa
