S.Africa: School Racial incident in court

WARNING: This is Version 1 of my old archive, so Photos will NOT work and many links will NOT work. But you can find articles by searching on the Titles. There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

S.Africa: School Racial incident in court

[Note. I’m following this one with interest. A black girl claims the white girl & her Mum beat her up and the white girl defacated on her. I am very curious to see how this pans out in court. So far, we’ve only heard the black girl’s version of events. Jan]

Three antagonists involved in a headline-grabbing racist incident – including allegations of defecating on a schoolgirl – appeared briefly in the Goodwood Magistrate’s Court today.

The three, 38-year-old Sharon Ferreira, her 16-year-old daughter and her boyfriend, 20-year-old Byron Shaw, appeared in connection with the alleged racist incident outside Cape Town’s Edgemead High school.

Nosipho Mkhize, a grade nine pupil at the school, has alleged that her white schoolmate, boyfriend and mother assaulted her, shouting racial insults and defecating on her.

The three are facing charges of assault and crimen injuria. A counter-claim has been lodged against Mkhize on similar charges.

The mother and boyfriend remain out on R1000 bail, and the daughter continues in her father’s care.

The matter was remanded to January 23 for the National Director of Public Prosecutions in the Western Cape to make a decision on the matter, which a Goodwood prosecutor said was necessary because of the counter-claim and the high profile of the case.
