SA: TAU: Shocking Amendments to Land Restitution Act

WARNING: This is Version 1 of my old archive, so Photos will NOT work and many links will NOT work. But you can find articles by searching on the Titles. There is a lot of information in this archive. Use the SEARCH BAR at the top right. Prior to December 2012; I was a pro-Christian type of Conservative. I was unaware of the mass of Jewish lies in history, especially the lies regarding WW2 and Hitler. So in here you will find pro-Jewish and pro-Israel material. I was definitely WRONG about the Boeremag and Janusz Walus. They were for real.

Amended Act shocking

TAU SA finds the ratification of the amendments to the Land Restitution Act by the National Legislator, irrespective of several institutions and parties shocking. It was ratified on Thursday, 27 November 2003, in the absence of the President, notwithstanding expectations that ratification were to be debated early in 2004.

The tarnishing of economic trust will probably place South Africa firmly on the Zimbabwe road. Presumably, no consideration was given to the food security of the country.

TAU SA plans to oppose the unilateral termination of property rights.

TAU SA trusts that after discussions with other stakeholders in organised agriculture as well as the SAPS [South African Police Service) on 17 November 2003, President Mbeki will be aware of the implications of illegal land invasions and trespassing and that he will accept accountability for the economic and security consequences.
