[There is a story I received late on friday but which I did not have time to post.

Some people in South Africa decided to set up a crime website to show just how wild and violent the crime here really is. They said that people are being slaughtered in this country and its time to show the world. They said this should be exposed on the Internet so that people won’t come here in 2010 to see the World Cup Soccer.

Remember… just days ago our Minister of Safety & Security said that if people don’t like the crime, then they can moan and winge until they are blue in the face OR they could leave the country! That jerk still has not apologised for what he said!

You would think the Govt would WANT to solve the crime problem. But not in South Africa! As I have said many times, our Govt loves crime, wants crime and does all it can to make it worse so that people will leave the country. It is a low-intensity war against us.

Anyhow, there is talk that that crime website will be sued.

I have finished doing my “legal studies” for owning a firearm, and in there I saw some interesting legal notes.

You are aware of TREASON – which is when you want to overthrow the Govt.

But there is another thing to watch out for: SEDITION – (which these website owners could be guilty of in this instance) – and that is to “resist Government”. It is not the overthrow of Govt, but resisting Government. I will post more details of these laws later.

People like those website owners must be careful of how they say things. There is no doubt in my mind that they are well-meaning, and that they want this lazy Govt of ours to do what any normal Govt should be doing – and that is protecting its citizens. But the manner in which they say things could be their undoing. By stating that they want to railroad the 2010 Soccer World Cup in S.Africa, they might be forcing a reaction out of Govt.

I’ll get their details, because people should be supporting websites such as these. But they need to watch HOW they say things because it might be easyily misrepresented and then it could lead to legal problems for them. The problem is, even if, legally, the Govt can’t do anything to them, they can still take them to court and cause them financial losses in that way. Jan]
